Another option is to have your parcel delivered to a service point, which is both easy and convenient. DHL service points are usually located in retail stores, DHL offices, or business centers. These locations allow you to pick up your parcels at your convenience. 

The benefits of using a service point include flexibility in collecting your packages, extended operating hours, and the assurance that someone will always be available to receive your delivery.

To collect your parcel from a DHL service point, simply present the tracking number or identification proof at the counter, and the friendly staff will assist you in retrieving your package swiftly and securely.

Delivery to DHL Lockers

Aside from service points, the courier company also offers DHL lockers, which provide a secure and easy way to receive your items. Similarly, the lockers provide you with flexibility and convenience in collecting parcels at any time that suits you best.

However, it’s important to note that DHL lockers will only be able to hold onto your parcels for 7 days so make sure to collect your item within that time frame. Once your item’s been placed into the locker, you should receive a QR code or a passcode from the delivery agent.

To retrieve your parcel, simply enter the passcode or scan the QR code on the locker screen. This should open up the door to the compartment in which your parcel is placed.

Delivery to Neighbors

Lastly, DHL also offers a convenient solution for customers who may not be present at their home address during the delivery day. Customers are allowed to provide the neighbor’s address and have it delivered there instead.
