Australia

IKEA Australia delivers between 7am – 7pm on all days of the week, typically with a 4 hour delivery window. On the day of delivery, IKEA will send an SMS with delivery information and updates.

IKEA charges different rates for different consignment weights. In Australia, the delivery agent is Toll and all items are trackable.

Austria

In Austria, IKEA offers four different types of deliveries: parcel, curbside, express and standard. Parcel deliveries are meant for smaller accessories and curbside deliveries are for larger consignment that are delivered to the front of your house.

The express service is for urgent items and standard deliveries are intended for larger furniture pieces to your home. IKEA Austria also offers free deliveries on certain items from time to time. These are typically promotional items or items that are reduced to clear.

Iceland

IKEA Iceland has a partnership with Samskip and Pósturinn who will arrange for deliveries in the capital and outside of the capital. Delivery fees in Iceland start at 9,500 ISK and the maximum is capped at 19,900 ISK. 

You may also use free trailers if the goods don’t fit in your car. They are free for 2 hours and are charged at 2,000 ISK per hour thereafter. Trailers must be returned at the point of pickup.

Israel

In Malaysia, IKEA separates deliveries from East and West Malaysia and in-store purchases. Parcel deliveries typically take 3 – 6 days to arrive and truck deliveries about 2 – 5 days in West Malaysia.
