How Long Does ROMWE Shipping Take?

Shipments from ROMWE take about 8 – 14 days to be delivered to addresses in the United States. While Economic and Standard shipments take about 10 – 14 days to arrive, the fastest way is through the express shipping method which takes about 8 – 10 days on average.

Where Does ROMWE Ship From?

ROMWE currently operates 5 different warehouses in the world that act as shipping, distribution and processing hubs. These warehouses are located in the United States (California & New Jersey), China (Nanjing), United Arab Emirates (Dubai) and Belgium (Brussels).

While most items may be physically produced in Asia, all of their clothing items and accessories are sent to their distribution centers for shipping. This helps ROMWE lower delivery times and also process orders faster than having a single distribution center at the place of manufacturing.

What Carriers Does ROMWE Use?

If the order is shipped from China, ROMWE typically uses China Post for the first leg, whereby the final delivery is usually carried out by a local partner at the destination country.

Once the return has been initiated and the refund method has been finalized, you should return the order to ROMWE. After the items are confirmed to have been returned, a refund will take place, whereby the processing time can take anywhere between 7 – 10 days. 

Here are some of the most important things to keep in mind when returning items to ROMWE.

• You are given 60 days to return unworn, unwashed, or defective items. 
• Purchased items such as accessories like scarves, bags, lingerie, jewelry, cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. 
• Items that have been marked as non-returnable and free gifts also cannot be returned.
