How Long Does Zaful Shipping Take?
Zaful shipping takes about 1 – 3 weeks on average, depending on the type of shipping method used and the delivery location. There are 2 major activities that determine the shipping time, which is the order processing time and the delivery time.
- Standard Shipping: 2 – 3 Weeks
- Express Shipping: 1 – 2 Weeks
The order processing covers the physical fulfilment aspect of your order and the shipping activities cover the delivery. During this process, every piece of your order is carefully inspected, before it’s being shipped.
It’s important to note that Zaful’s processing time may not always be standard because of factors affecting actual stock and seasonality. If shipments are in popular demand and ordered in bulk quantities, it can take several days (typically 1 – 3) of additional processing time.
Things that can extend the overall shipping time include national holidays, import customs clearance issues, incorrect delivery addresses, increased demand or other issues. Therefore, ensure that all the information that you submit when placing your order is complete and accurate.

Shipping costs at Zaful are calculated based on a tier system, which means that the more that you order the less the shipping cost will be. Depending on the country and the method of shipping, the tiers are usually divided into 3 – 4 different order values.

Zaful delivers to a wide variety of countries, offering two different shipping methods, which are Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. Rates and availability depend on the country. Let’s take a closer look at the two shipping methods.
Standard Shipping:
The Standard Shipping method has lead times of about 2 – 3 weeks, depending on the country. Zaful works with selective local and national carriers and offers this service at an affordable price.
Express Shipping:
The average Express Shipping lead time is about 1 week, with some countries as little as 3 – 5 days. Zaful works with express couriers to ensure fast deliveries with this shipping method.
It’s important to take note that the Express Shipping option is not available for all countries. It’s mainly available for shipments to the United States. Therefore, it’s best to check the availability before placing an order.
Does Zaful Offer Free Shipping?
Zaful offers free shipping for both Standard Shipping and Express Shipping methods. The order value thresholds depend on the country and you may take below as reference:

How to Track Zaful Orders & Shipments?
Zaful offers order tracking for both standard and express shipping methods. You’ll be able to track the location and the last status of your order using either the dashboard or the email link.

Where is Zaful Shipping From?
Zaful mainly ships from Hong Kong and the United States, although the store in California only carries a selected range. Most of the orders are fulfilled in Hong Kong, after they have been quality inspected and the order has been processed in their distribution centers.
Does Zaful Offer Shipping Insurance?
Zaful offers shipping insurance that covers accidental damage and missing items. An order may be protected under the shipping insurance terms and conditions once it’s purchased at checkout.
In the event that items from your order are damaged or missing, Zaful may liaise directly with the shipping company to facilitate the claims process. You’ll then receive the compensation directly from Zaful.
What is Zaful’s Return Policy?
Zaful accepts returns within 30 days after the order has been received. A Return Material Authorization Form (RMA) must be filled in and it must be approved by the customer service team. Non-submission of the RMA form will mean that returned items will not be processed.
The items must be unworn, unwashed, and must have all the merchandise tags, packaging, including all accessories intact. Gift cards, jewelry, underwear, swimwear, lingerie, bodysuits, and discounted items cannot be returned.

How Do I Return a Shipment from Zaful?
For items that are found to be defective, damaged, incorrect in size, or a wrongly shipped product, it’s recommended to get in touch with the Customer Support Center first, within 30 days of receiving the item.
Customers are requested to return the items to the official Zaful return address for a replacement free of charge or a full refund within the policies stated as per the official terms and conditions.
Returning an item for reasons beyond the conditions listed above may qualify only for a partial refund. It’s best to check the current return policy on their website or through their customer support.
Zaful Order Statuses
When placing an order, you’ll be notified with an order status depending on which stage of the process it is. There are a total of 10 different order statuses, that are outlined below:
- Waiting for payment – For items that are being checked out, where a payment has not been completed yet. In order to complete this step and to start the order processing, initiate the payment for the order.
- Pending – A status for payments made via PayPal. Zaful requests to check the PayPal account or bank account if payment has already been made. The status will remain pending until they have verified the purchase through the requested transaction ID and proof of payment after checking out.
- Paid – Order has been paid and the payment is confirmed. The system will update and begin to process the ordered items. No further action is required.
- Processing – Zaful has started the order fulfillment process, which can take between 3 to 10 days, depending on the items ordered. The main steps include item receiving, inspection, packing and labeling.
- Dispatched – The order has been picked up from the designated warehouse by the nominated courier. All orders are considered to be final and changes will be no longer entertained.
- Shipped Out – Order has been shipped and tracking number is given. The customer is requested to check their email for the tracking number or check the status via the dashboard.
- Partial order dispatched – Part of the order has already been picked up by the courier. Pending items are still being prepared for shipping and will be dispatched as soon as possible. Any amendments to orders, item quantity, or the shipping address may be allowed.
- Partial order shipped – Part of the order has already been shipped while the other pending items are being prepared for shipping. In this case, it is recommended to monitor each shipping tracking number.
- Cancelled – Unpaid orders are cancelled at no cost to the buyer. This can happen if the order was checked out without a payment confirmation or if the payment has failed without any follow up.
- Refunded – Refunds have been evaluated and confirmed. Payments made via the Zaful Wallet and PayPal may take a few business days. Payments made via credit card will take an average of 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the bank.
